Hanyoyi 8 Da Za Ka Magance Damuwar Da Gajiya, Tsoro, Da Nau’ikan Radadi Ke Haddasawa

A lokuta da dama jiki na shiga damuwa sakamakon gajiya da ke faruwa sakamakon rashi hutu da takura jikin da shi mai jikin ya ke yi. Za ka samu mutum ya yi aiki tun daga sanyin safiya zuwa goshin Magriba, amma maimakon ya ba wa jikina hutun da ya ke bukata, tun da kashe-gari zai sake irin wannan aiki, a’a, sai kaga mutum ya shiga wata harkar daban da jikin nasa zai ci gaba da aiki


Da zarar jiki ya tara irin wannan gajiya kuwa, sai ka ga ya fitar da sakamakon abinda aka yi masa, wato sai wata matasala ta kamu da jikin. Irin matsalar da ke jiki ke kamuwa da ita a sakamakon takura masa da aka yi sun hada da: Mura, Ciwon Kai da dan karamin zazzabi kamar dai yadda wani kwarraren likita, Dakta Chijindu Nkuche ya bayyana cewa wadannan ‘yan cuta da takura jiki ke kawo wa, bacci mai nauyi kuma natsattse ma zai iya maganinsu ba sai an sha wani maganin asibiti ba


Sai dai kuma idan jiki ya ci gaba da karbar damuwa daga razani, gajiya da ciwo jiki na tsawon lokaci, to fa yana iya haifar da ciwon zuciya da kuma tabin hankali wadanda matsaloli ne da za su iya kai mutum lahira


Ga hanyoyin 8 da za ka yi amfani da su wajen yakice gajiya, da damuwa daga jikinka:


1. Fitarwa kanka da wani tsari na lokacin barci da akalla za ka samu baccin sa’a biyu ko sama da haka kafin karfe 12:00 dare. Kuma in ka fitarwa da kanka lokacin baccin, sai ka mayar da wannan lokacin al’adarka


2. 3. Sha bakin shayi, domin bakin shayi na taimakawa wajen kashe sinadarin cortisol da ke taruwa sakamakon damuwa don ya sanya mutum cikin yanayin damuwar


4. Tauna cingam domin shi cingam na saisaita yanayi tare da motsa wasu jijiyoyin da damuwa ke rikewa. Sau tari za ka samu wanda ke cikin damuwa ba ya samun karsashin iya yin tauna, to, kai sai ka samarwa kanka wannan yanayi


5. Dabi’antu da yawaita yin ajiyar zuciya, wannan na samarwa da zuciya sauki tare da rage mata lodin aikin da ta ke yi a lokacin. A takaice dai yawaita ajiyar zuciya na taimakawa wajen saisaita gudun jini


6. Samarwa kanka wani dalili da zai sa ka yi dariya a lokacin damuwa ko gajiya. Dariya na sauko da sinadin Endorphin daga kwakwalwa. Shi kuma sinadrin Endorphin na taimakawa wajen kyautata yanayi

7. Guji kallon talabijin har cikin tsakiyar dare


8. Sanya shudin kwan fitila a dakinka. Shi shudin haske bisa wani bincike na jami’ar Harvard, yana fayyacewa jiki lokacin da ya kamata jikin ya kasance yana cikin yanayin bacci, lokacin da ya kamata ya farka, lokacin da ya kamata mutum ya mike daga shimfidarsa, lokacin da jiki ya kamata ya nemi abinci ko abin sha
