Kiwon Lafiya: Amfanin Citta Guda Biyar (5) Ga Lafiyar Jiki

Citta na daya daga cikin kayan kamshi da ta fi bayarda lafiya ga jiki saboda cike ta ke da sinadarai da ke da matukar amfani ga lafiyar jiki da kuma kwakwalwa. Banda karin lafiya, ta na da dandano da kamshi mai dadi wanda ke karawa abinci, shayi ko lemo armashi.
Ga amfani guda 5 da Citta ke bayarwa ga jikinmu:
1. Magance Tashin Zuciya da Ciwo:
Akwai tarihi mai tsaho game da amfani da citta wajen magance tashin zuciya, rashin sha’awar cin abinci, jiri da kuma ciwuka kala kala.
2. Hana Kamuwa da matsalolin Zuciya:
Za’a iya magance matsalar shanyewar jiki da ciwon zuciya idan aka jimiri cin citta a kullum, musammam ma idan aka hada ta da tafarnuwa da albasa.
3. Karfafa garkuwar Jiki:
Citta na taimakawa wajen sarrafa abincin da muka ci kuma ta na taka muhimmiyar rawa wajen karfafa garkuwar jikinmu.
4. Magance Mura:
A lokacin sanyi, shan shayin da aka yi shi da citta na taimakawa wajen dumama cikin jikinmu da kuma sanya jiki ya yi gumi. Wannan ya sanya citta ta kasance daya daga cikin abubuwan da ke magance mura cikin gaggawa.
5. Hana Cushewar Ciki:
Citta na kara saurin sarrafuwar abinci a ciki, wanda ka iya taimakawa wadanda ke fama da cushewar ciki da rashin zuwa bandaki.
